REGISTER NEW USER
To register as a new user you need to own a Jaguar with the MENA region specifications. You will need to input a MENA Chassis Number/VIN to proceed or you can also scan your vehicle registration card.
REGISTER - CLAIM YOUR VEHICLE (PRE-OWNED)
If you are a new owner who recently purchased a Pre-Owned/Approved MENA vehicle and were not able to register it in the app, don't worry, we have now updated the system to give you the option to claim your vehicle. Simply upload the necessary documentation, and our expert team will validate you in no time.

Once a user has registered in the Jaguar Care App MENA, they can log in with their email address and password to experience premium customer care from the palm of their hand.
